Brau Beviale 2010: Nuremberg initiates a dialogue
The representatives of the European beverage industry will meet between 10th and 12th of November in Nuremberg, at this year’s most important Brau Beviale Exhibition.
Beverage roducers faces the decline of consumption, the demand for more discounts and for variety of packaging, as well as increasing cost pressure. The public also puts a great pressure to save energy and water issues and the demand for environment protection. Currently, to produce a liter of beer, more than 4.5 liters of water is required. The water and energy usage, together is 5 percent of the company’s cost. These will be the main issues of the Brau Beviale 2010.
