Brand building and community sites
Consumers are more likely to visit the web site of a packed product, than became the followers of the brand on Twitter or on Facebook – shows the online survey of Ipsos, conducted in 23 countries.
While several companies have Facebook groups and created Twitter accounts for their brands, the survey shows that consumers are much more likely to visit the brand’s website. This relationship is true for all packaged products, from household products to food and beverage brands – reports tozsdeforum.hu.
