Sunflower exports expanded, wheat exports fell

The export value of agricultural and food products reached 5887 million euros, while the value of imports amounted to 3764 million euros in the first three quarters of 2016, so that the agricultural foreign trade surplus amounted to 2 122 million euros, which is 128 million euros lower than in the first three quarters of 2015.

The export value of agricultural and food products increased by one percent, while their import value increased by 5.3 percent in the first nine months of 2016. The balance value was 5.7 percent lower than in the first three quarters of 2015. (by our colleague)
