Hungary performs well in the EU export competition
According to the first approximation, the euro zone’s 19 Member States shipped 167.5 billion euros worth goods to the rest of the world in December 2015, which is a three percent increase, compared to the previous year’s 162.1 billion euros. The import increased from 138.5 billion euros to 143.2 billion euros.
The EU’s export of goods in December 2015 was 156.0 billion euros, which is a seven percent increase. In contrast, the import of goods increased by one percent in the community.
