The black market of accomodiations is expanding
The Hungarian hotel industry expects decisive actions from the legislators, after they are losing 5-10 percent of their turnover due to property owners with occasional accommodation in private homes.
The Napi Gazdaság, referring to the participants of the domestic tourism wrote that while in Budapest the average price of hotel rooms range between 70 to 120 euros, in a private apartment foreign tourists can spend a night for 40 euros even in the most popular tourist areas as well. (hirado.hu)
