Danone to expand yogurt plant in Canada

Danone Canada is investing in the expansion of its yogurt plant in Boucherville, Quebec, in order to meet growing consumer demand and improve the factory’s energy efficiency. This is the company’s largest investment in the country to date, with a new production line scheduled to start in 2026 – this is expected to increase the plant’s capacity for cup yogurt production by 40%.
