Finland’s S-Group expands its Collect and Scan service

Finnish retailer S-Group is expanding its collect and scan service to another 25 Prisma stores in 2022, following the 4 shops that provided the service in its trial phase. The service makes it possible for customers to collect their purchases directly in shopping bags, and scan them as they go around the shop. Staff members guide customers through registration and use of the device.
