Podravka sells confectionery business to Bosnian company
Žito, the Slovenian subsidiary of Croatian food company Podravka is selling its confectionery business to Bosnian firm UPI Star for EUR 8.6m.

The transaction involves the Šumi, Gorenjka, Herba, Mistica and Bali brands, as well as two factories in the Slovenian towns of Krško and Lesce, plus all employees. Podravka will continue to distribute the products concerned after the transaction.
