HNT organizes a wine cocktail campaign
At the end of July, the National Council of Mountain Communities (HNT) held the press conference of the “Mix and Taste” campaign, where wine-based cocktails came into focus.

The constantly changing needs of young generations can be answered with, among other things, wine-based drinks and cocktails
“Among the objectives of the national winegrowers’ professional self-government is the promotion of cultured and quality wine consumption. Over the past few years, we have launched numerous campaigns and shown – HNT officials emphasize – that discovering the world of wines is exciting in itself. During the planning of our campaigns, we also had to face the phenomenon that the decline in wine consumption is not simply a sectoral problem, but a social phenomenon. Among the reasons for this, the tastes and expectations of the younger generations differ from those of the older generations.
Innovation, experiences, surprising and attention-grabbing product launches are important to the Y and Z generations. In order for the wine industry to maintain its current share in the consumption of alcoholic beverages, continuous renewal is necessary, not only in product production, but also in communication to consumers. The constantly changing needs of young generations can be answered with easy-to-understand quality wines – and with wine-based drinks and cocktails made from them or made at home.
