Bordeaux and Valencia have been chosen as the 2022 European Capitals of Smart Tourism
Bordeaux in France and Valencia in Spain have been chosen as the 2022 European Capitals of Smart Tourism. The European Union’s biennial prize was awarded for the third time, the relevant European Commission office announced on Thursday.
According to the information, 30 cities from 16 EU Member States competed in this year’s competition, and the professional jury finally selected the two winners from among the 7 most outstanding applications. Bordeaux and Valencia will take over the title from Gothenburg, Sweden and Malaga, Spain. (MTI)
