Blumenthal for the masses!

Heston Blumenthal’s new restaurant, called The Perfectionist’s Café, opened at Terminal 2 of Heathrow airport. In the kitchen there is a wood-fired oven and the restaurant serves the Brits’ favourites: burgers, fish and chips, pizza and liquid nitrogen-made ice cream. Blumenthal’s intention was to recreate the atmosphere of the 1960s when flying was still something special for most passengers.
