Pálinka consumption is safe: only a few irregularities

Therefore this hungaricum is safe to consume. Sugar usage was detected at only 2 percent of the tested pálinkas. At the modern facility of the National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH) a total of 15 thousand alcoholic drinks were checked last year, and only 786 problems were found.
