Where can entrepreneurs use security cameras?
An amendment to the Hungarian property protection act, which entered into force this April, brought stricter rules in the use of security cameras. The changes in the law were necessary because of the GDPR, which only allows camera use for protecting personal property. Operating security cameras entails the managing of personal data, and this can only be done in accordance with the data protection rules in force. //
