Safety mark put on wines without geographical indication
The National Council of Wine Communities (HNT) made it compulsory for members to put a safety mark on wines that lack geographical indication. The Minister of Agriculture extends the usage of the mark to other market players as well. This measure makes it possible to follow the whole product path. The safety mark will cost HUF 30 for each litre of wine.
