Uncertainty on the cereal market

The price of vegetable oils and milk fats decreased in the past two to three months, while grain prices are stagnant, after last year’s growth, and the price depends on many factors.

According to the latest December research of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), total global wheat production will be 733.4 million tonnes in the 2018-2019 marketing year, while stocks will be 268.1 million tonnes – Potori Norbert, Research Director of the Agricultural Economics Research Institute told.
