SME investment willingness is uncertain
The investment willingness of the SMEs declined again. At the end of the year, 56 percent of the CEOs planned some improvements. This seems to break the positive upward trend.
In terms of goals, the IT developments continue to be in the forefront, and mainly the agricultural businesses and medium-sized enterprises intend to invest this year – the latest research data of the K&H SME confidence index reveals.
The results show that the optimistic, upward trend of the previous two years came to a halt last year, and the uncertainty was more typical at the companies, and investment willingness fell again in the last quarter.
