Buffalo milk processing plant starts production in Gyomaendrőd
The out-of-use plant was renovated from a HUF 50-million budget. Italian technology is used in the new plant, where production will be controlled by Italian cheese making masters. They will process 1,000-1,200 litres of milk a day that comes from the buffalo farm in Mezőtúr. Mainly buffalo mozzarella and ricotta will be produced.
