Bisnode: animal husbandry is riskier than plant cultivation
The bankruptcy rate is 2.5 percent on the field of livestock production, forestry and wildlife management, while in crop production and fishery the rate is lower; less than 1.5 percent – the Bisnode international company rating isntitute states in its research on agricultural companies.
There are 14 thousand businesses are carrying out agricultural activities in Hungary, 40 percent of them are dealing with crop production, 38 percent with animal husbandry, 20 percent with forestry and wildlife management, and 2 percent with fishing – states Bisnode’s communication sent to MTI on Wednesday.
