CBA turns to court because of the decision of the competition authority
The CBA Kereskedelmi Kft. turns to the Court of Justice, because the company believes the Competition Authority's Friday decision as unfounded. According to the decision the company was fined by 30 million HUF – Fodor Attila, the chain communications director told MTI on Monday.
“We consider the Competition Authority's (GVH) Friday decision as unfounded, both in case of the findings of fact as well as the penalty imposed” – the company said in its communication on Monday, adding that the GVH did not take into account the facts stated by CBA. (MTI)
