Lawsuit against the suspension of tax on tobacco companies

The Hungarian government initated legal process against the suspension of tax on tobacco companies.

In both cases, Hungary is asking the European Union’s court to annul the European Commission's provisions, which forbade the collection of such charges – the newsletter of the EU court wrote on Friday. (MTI, Konsiczky Zoltán)
