The Chèque Déjeuner sues Hungary
The Hungarian government unilaterally changed the terms of issuing vouchers, from January 2012, thereby making the operation of the foreign social voucher issuers impossible – said the Chèque Déjeuner Group for the questions of French FN24. According to the company, more than 99 percent of the market was taken away from the issuers with this step.
Despite the fact that several initiatives have been taken to conduct negotiations with the Hungarian government and the European authorities, in such circumstances the company can not continue to operate in Hungary, and suspends its voucher issuing activities in Hungary – the company announced.
