The Körös-Maros Biofarm won support for the production of a special cereal organic beer
The Körös-Maros Biofarm Kft. in Gyula and its consortium partners won almost 402 million forints of European Union funding for the production of a special cereal organic beer – the company’s development director informed MTI on Thursday.
Várhelyi Zoltán said that the main purpose of the project is to produce gluten-free, non-alcoholic, fruity flavored high quality antioxidant bio-qualification beers by using organic cereals (emmer, spellt, alakor, durum, oats, maltose, rye, triticale). (MTI)
