Is health organic?
In recent decades, a number of scientific researches have been carried out, in which they focused on how significantly different farming methods, as well as different nutrient replenishment and plant protection practices, affect the content of plant and animal foods. Györéné Dr. Kis Gyöngyi, a staff member of the Ecological Agricultural Research Institute (ÖMKi), has now published a summary analysis of the results of the international and domestic comparative studies.
