A company in Budapest developed a pasta enriched with bioactive agents
The Budapest-based Capriovus Kft. developed a pasta enriched with bioactive agents, with a a total of 146 million HUF investment.
The company won 94 million HUF to implement the research and development (R & D) project at the competition of the New Széchenyi Plan – the company dealing with the processing and producing of eggs told MTI.
The research began in November 2012. As a result the Capriovus Kft. developed a prototype of pasta enriched with antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids. The Trikolór (Tricolor) pasta can contribute to the health protection of consumers and to improve the overall health. (MTI)
