Abda's meat plant to be closed
Debreceni Csoport Kft. closes its meat plant in Abda and lay off 86 employees in March – writes the Kisalföld. The main reason for the decision is the decrease of demand in the sector – said Szűcs Viktor, CEO of the company.
The production will be moved to Szolnok, where “tens” new jobs will be created – added the Chief Executive. The plant in Abda once belonged to the Kaiser-Food Élelmiszeripari Kft. The company was sold in 2010, to the Debreceni Csoport Kft.
