The consumption of dog and cat meat in Shenzhen, South China is banned
Consumption of dog and cat meat was banned in Shenzhen, South China, after the Chinese government introduced a ban on wild game consumption and trade following the appearance of the new coronavirus.
The government of the city of 12.5 million, known as the country’s technology hub, announced on Thursday on its official website the decision to ban the consumption of all that are not on the list from 1 May. (MTI)
