Best FMCG Employers Excellence Awards presented
On 28 September PwC Hungary and Trade magazine presented the Best FMCG Employers Excellence Awards for the first time, as part of the programme of the Business Days conference – the winners were selected by students.
In the last year PwC conducted a job choice preferences survey with the participation of nearly 15,000, 16-26 year old secondary school, college/university students and young people who have just started working. 63 percent of respondents are college/university students, nearly 20 percent are already working and 18 percent are secondary school students.
The survey revealed that for the respondents the most important thing when deciding where to work is the work-life balance and a flexible working time, followed by the work environment and the relationship with colleagues; the salary is only the third most important job choice factor in finding the workplace that suits young people’s needs the best.
Those companies won the Excellence Award which had been named by the most students as the ideal workplace for them in the FMCG sector.
The awards were presented to the winners at the trade’s biggest FMCG conference, the Business Days, where four companies received the ‘Best of FMCG Employers Excellence Award 2017 Students’ Choice’ prize.
Excellence Award winners in alphabetic order: Coca-Cola, Nestlé Hungária, Procter & Gamble Hungary and Unilever Hungary.
