The Arnault Empire acquired a legendary fashion company
Bernard Arnault, French billionaire will combine the Christian Dior fashion brand with his LVMH luxury goods empire as part of a 12.1 billion euros dealto simplify his business interests – a restructuring long demanded by other investors.
In addition, an additional 6.5 billion euros will be given for Dior Couture. The LVMH has already had the majority share in the fashion company.
The brand has long been at the core of Mr. Arnault’s luxury empire, said Concetta Lanciaux, a former LVMH executive who worked with Mr. Arnault for 25 years. (vg.hu)
