Wage boost at Kométa

More than 500 employers are affected by the wage boost taking place from July at Kométa Ltd. The wage boost is of 3-4 percent, depending on the basic wage and the amount of time spent at the company.

The wage boost is an important part of Kométa's strategy to motivate workers, and among many other special offers, the company distributes a special package of the company's products three times a year. The cafeteria system of the company has also been remarkable since 2007. Kométa  is one of the biggest meat-processing company in Hungary based on its profit, with its 700 employers.
