Béres Health Hungaricum Program: Hungarians are reserved
Sunday, 10th October is the International Day of Mental Health, therefore dr. József Béres is trying to call our attention to the importance of various loving communities and their role in our physical health.
It is hard to believe that the vast majority of the Hungarian population – every 20th citizen – has no close contact with anybody to discuss troubles and share problems. According to the Béres Health Hungaricum Program, 60 percent of Hungarians can only rely on their nuclear family, should a problem cross their way.
