Wage increases at Kométa
The '99 Kométa Co. was the first among the meat companies, that was negotiating with the trade union and increased the wages of its workers, despite the economic crisis.
The company pays the 3.5 – 4.5 percent wage increases retroactively from the 1st of March and incorporates the presence premium into each staff member's basic wage.
At the Kaposvár-based firm that has 600 employees, the wage of the blue-collar workers will be close to 130 thousand HUF.
