In Budapest, Belgrade and Sofia, they showed how the Yettel stores of the future will be transformed. The new concept not only reinterprets the time spent in the store, but also in some cases the way to get there. The unusual ideas of the Czech Bratka design office were implemented by the Hungarian professionals for the first time in the KÖKI Shopping Center, with a new level of immediacy and accessibility at the center.

The mobile company focuses more and more on the digital customer experience, providing more and more useful and convenient functions in its official application, which makes the daily life of customers easier or, if necessary, the contact with the company. With the advancement of convenient, digital solutions, Yettel stores, which provide the possibility of personal contact, are still waiting for customers. In fact, the service provider has completely rethought what people may have known about personal administration: from now on, directness takes the main role in service. This is also confirmed by the new store design, primarily because, unlike usual, the furnishings are not made up of tables and chairs facing each other, but instead, the clerks and guests can sit side by side on a comfortable sofa. The products of the device manufacturers are also presented in a new way in the store area: they do not present individual devices, but their entire ecosystem on the premium surfaces designed for this purpose.

In addition to the new design, Yettel as a digital company has so far placed great emphasis on the introduction of new functions; now they are introducing a new innovation in accessibility. Guests with disabilities can indicate their special needs when booking an appointment online, after which the company’s colleagues will assist them on site. In practice, this means that by clicking on the link in the SMS response received upon login, they can request personal support not only for navigating the store, but also for approaching and entering the store. The function will be available in nearly 90 stores across the country from November.
