Introducing the Bányai – Unicum Barista Component
Zwack Unicum Nyrt. and Bányai present a coffee specialty: the Unicum Barista Component coffee, which is also included in the Unicum Barista recipe, can now be prepared at home by anyone. Arabica coffee from the Bánya Specialty Coffee Research farm in Costa Rica is available in both bean and capsule versions, until October 31 exclusively in Unicum’s sample store and webshop, and after that it will be available more widely. With the introduction of Component coffee, the two companies further strengthen their collaboration and highlight the similarities in the rituals and culture of coffee and liquor consumption.
The newest member of the Unicum family, Unicum Barista, matured in oak barrels made with arabica coffee extract and more than forty different herbs, was introduced three years ago. After thorough research and experimentation, the innovation was born, which masterfully combines flavors and combines tradition and the tradition of drinking coffee, thus becoming very popular among consumers.
Component coffee – as the name suggests – is one of the components of the Unicum Barista coffee mix, as a result of the careful roasting, you can feel a full dark chocolate flavor in the cup, and you can feel the notes of dried fruit in its finish. As a pressed drink, it can be a hot refreshment in the morning, and when flavored with milk, consumers can make a velvety and soft drink.
“Component is built on three strong pillars: the coffee variant, the processing and the roasting method. Finding harmony with herbs was essential during the research. Due to its character tuned to the barista of Unicum, based on our experience, it also stands up well as an actor in cocktails”
– said coffee expert Sándor Tóth about Component.
