NetPiac.hu was annexed

According to the agreement between the Bookline.hu and NetPiac Ltd., the NetPiac.hu online store will be absorbed into Bookline.hu’s own web store and will take over the operation from the 1st of February 2010.

The NetPiac is Hungary’ first Internet movie store and one of the oldest online store. The company was founded in February 1999 by three individuals, the current owner is the Hungarian RTL Television Ltd. The company has an approximately 20 percent  market share and about 60 million HUF revenues in the online DVD / CD sales market – reports mfor.hu.
