Trips organized to product presentations is notifiable from January

The dealer is required to report trips organized with the aim of product distributions from January – the government decree was published on Monday in the Magyar Közlöny (Hungarian Official Gazette).

The dealer should report the date and place of the event, 15 days before the trip to the competent notary at the premise of the company. Within 3 days after the dealer submitted the report to the notary, the notary sends the report to the competent consumer protection authority at the location of the product presentation. (MTI)
