Inclusive and fair workplaces can apply for the prestigious HBLF award

The initiative is active in 26 European countries and aims to shape attitudes: to ensure that equality is realized in more and more workplaces and that no one can be discriminated against because of their gender, age or belonging to any group. Combining the first letters of the English words diversity, equity and inclusion, initiatives called DEI programs ensure equality in the workplace, contribute to a healthy organizational culture, and provide a value that employees and potential employees are happy to connect with.

The HBLF Diversity Award will be announced in three categories this year. In the DIVERSITY ORGANIZATION OF THE YEAR category, applicants are awarded for their progress and results in the field of diversity management in three subcategories according to how long a given company has been dealing with DEI programs. Three companies can win this award this year. The DIVERSITY FOR SOCIETY award recognizes an organization that uses its external communications or voluntary activities to promote diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities. In this category, one large company and one SME will be awarded. In the third category, companies and organizations can nominate private individuals for the AMBASSADOR OF DIVERSITY award, which can be given to those who, in addition to their job duties and responsibilities, have actively taken an additional social role to promote diversity.
