An investment fund bought the Zala Park shopping center
Magyar Posta’s Takarék Ingatlan Befektetési Alap bought the Zalaegerszeg-based Zala Park shopping center for nearly three billion HUF – the seller informed MTI on Monday.
According to MTI correspondent's experience, the shopping center was functioning during the ongoing bankruptcy proceedings and during the time of liquidation. In the latter half year, two new major tenants opened businesses in the Zala Park. (MTI)
