Investment on the frozen bakery market
One of the largest private equity companies in Central and Eastern Europe is investing into one of the biggest frozen bakery manufacturers in the Adriatic region – portfolio.hu.wrote.
The Polish Enterprise Fund VII private equity fund managed by the Enterprise Investors signed an agreement about the purchase of the 65 percent of the Pan-Pek Croatian market leader bakery and retail company – the Enterprise Investors informed Portfolio. The transaction value was not disclosed. (Portfolio.hu)
