The investment in the Tokaj research institute has been completed

They wrote that as part of the four-year investment, a mini winemaking demonstration plant was created, in which it can be demonstrated how the tools and machines used to make traditional Tokaj wine specialties have developed from the beginning to the present day.

As part of the development, accommodations have also been created where researchers can be accommodated. Furthermore, the internal road and garden of the building complex were renewed, so a paved road and park were built in the vicinity of the Rákóczi Harvesting House, a historical monument in Tarcal.

For grape processing and winemaking, 100-liter stainless steel tanks and the corresponding liquid cooling and filtering system, pump and manual bottle filler were purchased. A shelving system was built to store the finished wines, and a machine was purchased to help with the furniture of the accommodation and the maintenance of the park.
