Delivery of pensioner food vouchers has been completed
Magyar Posta delivered pensioner food vouchers to more than 2.3 million beneficiaries by the planned deadline, October 15, the company announced. During the delivery period, postmen delivered an average of 75,000 items per day, with the daily volume exceeding 120,000 at times.
Magyar Posta will keep items that have not been received at the designated post office for ten working days, after which it will return them to the Hungarian State Treasury. Those affected can request the Pension Payment Directorate to resend the returned voucher until November 14.
The Hungarian State Treasury also drew attention to the fact that in the event of a damaged voucher, a request for replacement can be submitted using the form available on the office’s website. Additional deliveries will continue, and items can be collected at designated post offices for up to ten working days.
