The Farmer Expo in Debrecen has ended
In four days, 30,000 visitors attended East Hungary’s largest agricultural and food trade fair, which ended on Sunday evening at the University of Debrecen (DE) Böszörményi Road agricultural campus, Vaszkó László, Director of the Trade Fair told MTI.
“It was a relaxed, cheerful exhibition this year, with players in the industry being more optimistic about the future than in previous years” – he said.
Exhibitors and participants of the Agribusiness Forum opening the fair said unanimously that Minister of Agriculture Nagy István’s “calm, correct announcements about the state of the sector, among other things, that farmers can count on new EU development funds in 2023” will make the farming of the next years calculable” – the fair director added.
