BDO: the growth of the tourism industry can reach double-digit growth this year
The tourism sector’s revenue growth could be up to more than 10 percent this year. Boosting domestic demand plays a significant role in it – BDO Hungary’s Hotel and Real Estate division told MTI in its analysis.
According to BDO’s announcement, the tourism sector contributed directly to the Hungarian gross domestic product (GDP) with 2.9 billion forints in 2018, while via indirect effects contributed with about 4.5 billion forints. (MTI)
