The most popular cafeteria items will remain available next year

In addition to the SZÉP card, the Erzsébet voucher, which is already wage-taxing, and the housing and travel subsidies will be the most frequently chosen cafeteria benefits, so the most popular cafeteria items offered by employers will be available next year – BDO Magyarország told MTI.

The experiences of BDO Hungary show that most Hungarian companies are still waiting for their final cafeteria system for the next year. From the preliminary plans, it can be seen that the vast majority of the companies in the present competition for labor force do not want to eliminate cafeteria elements so far, and most of them are looking for the possibility of keeping the net value of the benefits for 2019.
