Poultry Product Board: All the analyzed eggs had the same quality
Recently, a number of articles were published in the press and on the web over the quality of eggs, on emotional grounds, referring to aspects of animal welfare status.
Now, an American research group’s food inspection division: the Egg Safety and Quality Research Group of the American Institute of Agricultural Research (ARS) study found that there was no measurable difference between the different types of eggs.
It did not matter what kind of eggs were analyzed, their quality was almost the same.
