Baroque food cooking festival this weekend in Fertőd

The first Esterházy baroque food cooking festival will be held during the weekend in Fertőd. The program is designed to revive and preserve the baroque tradition, the gastronomy of the baroque ages, and the former tastes of baroque –Klötzl Géza the main organizer of the event told MTI on Wednesday.

The competing teams can compete in the manorial cuisine and of the inn cuisine categories. The organizers expecct 8-10 teams in the former and 15-20 teams in the latter category. The three-person teams will cook at least three-course menus, but according to the news,  there will be ten-course menus as well. (MTI)
