In this Szechuan restaurant, three-month-old lamb is roasted Mongolian-style, which the groups can then eat in numbered tents – admittedly, in a way that is far from nomadic, but using equipment that is very suitable for the style. The essence is contained in the first 2 minutes of the video, the rest is just the enjoyment of the actors.
