Credit card: small shops can count
Payment by credit card is more convenient, but in 30% of the service places, at least 60 thousand places it is not possible to pay with them. Why is that? Maybe because it costs the shopkeeper money too? Much can no longer be pondered, as from 2021 it will be mandatory to accept a credit card. And that 60,000 shopkeeper, service provider is a smaller business.
There is no doubt that electronic, credit card payment is easier, faster and more convenient for everyone than cash fuss, especially if you don’t forget your dear customer’s pin code. The customer will also benefit from the fact that from 2021, the electronic payment option will be mandatory at all online checkout service points, in addition, regardless of the amount limit, you can pay up to one forint with your bank card. Of course, this will not be the biggest shop for the shopkeeper, but why is it that there are still no options for this at more than 60,000 service points these days, you can only pay in cash.
