Ball for the lovers of the Hungarian flavours
At the first ever Ball of Hungarian Flavours specialties and high-level professional awards were waiting for the 250 elegant guest in the Royal Palace of Gödöllő.
The visitors of the 1st Ball of Hungarian Flavors could taste trout caviar from Szilvásvárad, confited water buffalo neck and gray calf beef fillet on 2 March at the Royal Palace of Gödöllő.
The event was organized by the Association of Hungarian Flavors and its organizer partner, the Human Telex Advertising Agency in order to cultivate and promote the traditional Hungarian cuisine, the culinary culture and the Hungarian farmers.
