Baldaszti’s
Baldaszti’s is situated 100 metres from the Buda end of Chain Bridge and offers customers a 3 in 1 treat: bistro, café and deli operate under the same name. The owner asked Zsófia Mautner to help compile the menu and recruited Viktor Segal as creative chef. Baldaszti’s interior combines luxury and simplicity in unusual fashion. Main dishes are available for HUF 1,700-3,500 and wines can be ordered for around HUF 1,000 per bottle; wines distributed by Baldaszti’s Bortársaság can be consumed on the spot with a 15-percent corkage fee.
