Gyöngyösi Meat Ltd. is in trouble
The Executive Director of Gyöngyösi Meat Ltd. has not confirmed, but not refuted, that the dismissal of 40 employees is planned, after the plant stopped production.
According to the announcement of Executive Director, Nagy Adorján sent to MTI, a reorganization and technological development is decided not the closure of the plant. The meat company after last year's relaunch, sought continously to renew the plant, and to secur the jobs of the employees but the effects of the economic crisis, have reached the plant. However, the bank provides support to all development in the conditions and safeguards. The positive effects of reorganization is not immediately apparent, certain aspects – for example, the coordinated reduction in the number of employees – however, reflects the immediate and negative images – added the Executive Director. According to the staff of the slaughterhouse, there is almost nothing has been achieved from the developments at the slaughterhouse has been promised for nearly a month. The machines are out of work for a month now, after electricity was switched off because of a public debt at the beef processing department – reports ProfitLine.hu.
